SPAM: The Fender Forum defines spam as unauthorized advertisement/marketing/soliciting/research marketing in posts by members/dealers.The Fender Forum has an advertisement program for authorized dealers and a Classifieds Section for members. All SPAM or advertising/marketing posts outside the Classified area IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, and will be deleted immediately. Any member repeatedly violating these rules will be subject to banishment.

SIGNATURES: Members who own businesses /business websites may NOT post the link in their signatures. Instead, members are allowed to post a link to their site in the Members Links Area. You may also post a link to your site in the "www" button which you may choose to display in your messages (found in User Profile/Preferences.) If a link of this nature is found in a signature, it will be removed immediately, and without explanation.

IMAGES: No pornographic/nudity or inappropriate images on the site. Any images deemed to be inappropriate will be deleted from posts without notification or explanation. This includes images used for avatars. First time offense may result in permanent banishment from The Fender Forum without notification.

FLAMING: No personal attacks against other members of the forum. Posts may be deleted or edited by moderators. Repeated offenses may result in banishment.

Any public bashing on the board of this forum, its administration, or its moderators may result in immediate banishment. If you have a disagreement with the TFF, please take it to email, it will not be tolerated on the board.


BANISHMENT: Members will not necessarily be notified by the Moderators or Administrators prior to or after banishment. This will be subject to their discretion. If a member wishes to contact The Fender Forum after being banned, they should contact an Administrator.

Any attempt by persons who have been banished from The Fender Forum to re-register under a different screen name or new email address will be considered harrassment and may be reported to the banished user's internet service provider (ISP) and may be subject to appropriate legal action.
