Haha,my pic is so big,i couldn't find the quote mark but i don't use the two overdrives together,i use the tube screamer for leads only and i don't always have the delay on.My sound is mostly clean through the dyna comp only at very low settings and the vibrolux.The sparkle drive is for when we jam covers like BTO or rocky mountain way and a few Floyd songs.
Ah...see I just leave my delay on nearly all the time, 'cause my amps don't have much in the way of ambience and I like a little bit of audio sludge on top.
My Vox AC15VR has reverb but it's very subtle and the Egnater Tweaker has none. With the Tweaker I use a Nanoverb from Alesis but I have to leave it barely perceptible or it takes away all the punch from the sound.
Hence, the nearly-always-on delay.
Nice, simple setup. Is that a volume pedal or wah or both?
Here it is. Loop master loops the verb, trem, and tuner in/out of the chain. Top left is a homemade channel/verb switcher for my amp.
Bottom right is two SHOs inna box. (recognize that one, chuck..? All the best, amigo)

Try a Garagetone Axle Grease, or T Rex Tap Delay. I have both, and am not a delay guy, and they sound GREAT!!!
+1 on the T Rex. I've had one on my board for several years now and almost never shut it off. Great pedal and I've tried lots of delays before scoring the T Rex.

Good question. The back and bottom are 1/4" plywood, but it will probably be pretty heavy anyways. Since it will stay in the man-cave and rarely move, it wasn't a real consideration.

- Phaser or Opto Tremolo
- Spring reverb or Tape Echo (dry through)
No, I can't be bothered with more than one "scene." Am I lame, or what? Most of the other effects in there are fun toys - especially the 70's guitar synth emulations, but there's not a lot in there I would use in a 'real' setting with the music I play.
Tremolo and echo are set to 1/8 note tap tempo. Dotted eights are easy to do by tapping two quarters followed by two eights. Phaser is set to a permanent slow swirl. The "Tube Comp" - allegedly based on a Teletronix LA-2A, is one of the best guitar compressors I've heard. You get all the squash, and all the pop.
This, fed into a tweed Super sets me up for all of the tones I need - at any volume, in my current band.
Mine looks like this, but I've made a few minor pedal changes since this was taken.
It all fits into this nice SKB case with storage room underneath for power strips, cables, a compact guitar stand, etc.!

The alternate chain I would consider is one of the dirt pedals directly in front of the phaser. YMMV, etc.
Patch pad isn't actually an effect, but a power suppliy, right?

Thanks - I'll give it try. The patch pad only allow you to hook up various inputs (and route to a effects loop) and send off to two amps. It's a handy little gadget.Quote:

Secondary is Guitar > Fulldrive 2 (non mosfet) or Celestial Effects Taurus > Vox AC4TV.
I also have a couple Marshall heads that I run straight, though split through and ABY and a bunch of other pedals I swap in and out when I feel like it.
Added Boss RC-3 and switch pedals... the plastic utility box is for picks, etc...
