I do know they are constantly busy doing work, don't know what the backlog is though.
3 months for a simple e-mail makes me question their attention to customer service, busy or not. 3 days sure...a week..maybe. 3 months? screw that. i'd look for another vendor if i were you.
it's just not a friday night without some good chinese beer.
well, I can't speak about their email response time, but over the phone I have found them to be helpful, or be willing to check on an item, which is better than many other places I have called. They should certainly check their email more frequently, though!

for the record...they sent me 3 e-mails in 2 days to say how sorry they were. Good enough for me. Apology accepted.
I was going to say that I've heard nothing but good about these guys on the LPF. Glad they came through, must have been just a glitch.
