It would probably be easier to buy a repro. I've seen them on eBay and I think it was either angela or ampwares that also sold them.
Rogers Amps 'refinishes' faceplates, but I don't think they do SF finishes.
Angela often has SF faceplates for sale.

The pot holes in a Twin re-issue black-faceplate will have to be "opened up" to accomodate the vintage 3/8" pots...there are 8mm (.335" actually) holes in the re-issue faceplates.
There's this guy on ebay who sell real nice black faceplates. He goes by the name "noojwut"

Then there is Verduin Electronics They have both BF and SF goodies.
Anyone have any experience with the faceplates from this e-bay seller?
