Did you ever get that pickup installed? How does it sound?
Why yes I did thought I had mentioned it, sounds great will be getting a 62 for the middle (59 is in the neck) and will have him wind a 6.5 K with a base plate ? or not, after X- mass is all done. And a set of 67s to put in another of my strat's , I was going to fit all three strats with his pups but I think I will be selling my classic 60s to get an Esquire or 52 RI. IMO they are as good as the best. IMO A person would be happy with them, if the hand done scatter wound thing is what you are looking for. Note his pups are different north south than the CS 54s when I put his in 4 position cancelled out I had to reverse the white and back to get the proper quack not a problem if you get a set.
