Anyone have any experience with these tuners. My main concern is do they sound good or are do they rob tone? Any other info would be appreciated as well.

I doubt they'll have any effect on an instrument's tone -- not in the sense that the nut, frets, or bridge saddles could/would. They look like a fine set of tuners to me.

Those look nice. I think they are the Deluxe tuners with the F on there.
I have these on 2 of my guitars and they work great.

Well, they have two little prongs on them which are proprietary for American Deluxe necks, so unless you know how to drill those two little holes, which i don't, or you can locate a template, then its best to get a regular set of Schaller Lockers, or Sperzels.
Regarding tone, I think that small lightweight vintage style tuners do add to that vintage 'zing' of the tone,or is it just me?
Anyway, on my total vintage Strat, I'm going to get Gotoh Lockers that like like real vintage Strat tuners.
I have a set on a 92 Strat Plus and an 06 Mexican Tele. As jerry mentions they have the two posts but they were drop in replacements for both of those guitars. I've swapped them out on the Strat and noticed no difference, likewise no difference when I replaced them on the Tele. I've heard some say they can tell a difference but I couldn't, in neither tone nor weight/feel.
As for any other info they couldn't be any simpler as far as changing strings if that's what you're going for......just pull the string tight through the post, lock the knob on the back and start tightening (about half a turn on the wound strings and a full turn or so on the unwound will get you there). No issues with strings going out of tune but you can get the same performance out of regular tuners as well if they're strung properly. The locking tuners won't correct any tuning issues resulting from an improperly cut nut if that's a consideration. They look good and are sturdy, I've had the same set on my Strat for about 12 years, only replaced the original set because they were the brushed dull finish......tuning feel is solid.
My reason for even considering these is because I bought a clone Tele neck and discovered that the tuner hole spacing (distance between one hole to the next) is a bit oversized. Putting a vintage Kluson style set on would obviously look odd due to gaps from one tuner to the next. Using the locking tuner type or some other type of tuner set that doesn't butt up against one another would not draw attention to the hole spacing. Thanks for the input. Any other good ideas to remedy this problem would be appreciated.
sperzels, or any other "bigger" (i think 10mm?) tuner. the ones you posted are made to drop into MIM or MIA guitars with the newer type tuners that have to locating prongs on the back. they don't use a screw like most tuners do.
i put those on an MIM standard tele neck and they were great. didn't notice any change from the stock tuners.

My main problem with these is that the original Fender Locking Tuners were made in the US by Sperzel, great quality! However once they were established in the market manufacturing was moved to China, presumably to reduce costs? May well have reduced manufacturing costs for Fender but not the shelf price for the customer!
Tone is in the fingers, eh? Let's hear your Vox, Marshall and Fender fingerings then...
