    New pedals!

    Thought some of you might like to see some of my new pedals I've bought over the last year or so;

    The Ravish is my latest. Sounds cool so far but haven't really dug into it.

    Yeah that's about half of them at the moment, went a bit crazy for them!
    Hopefully they'll ripen into vintage valuable pedals!

    You really need to find yourself a girl, mate.

    I almost bought a Ravish last week, but I couldn't find an online demo that convinced me it would make a sound like a Coral "sitar." I makes a lot of cool weird sounds but... Are you getting that electric sitar "Do It Again" thing out of it?

    Re: New pedals!

    Hmm, kinda. I've yet to really get into it but for now I'm enjoying making cool pad sounds that I rout through my ZVex Tremorama on a fast random setting. I got two Moog EP-2 expression pedals to control the pitch bending of the lead and the volume of the sympathetic strings which make it a bit cooler. Using the EP-2 I can swell up the pad sound which,through the Tremorama, is very cool.
    I plan to sit down and try to get some proper sounds out of it next week but I bought it for the craziness.

    Well, there you go. I figured all the craziness might be a cool bonus, but the sound I was really looking for was the Vinnie Bell-Coral thing. So I was primarily checking it out for that. And "kinda" was my impression, too. :)
