    Mod Persuader as Headphone Amp?

My Pocket Pod died - I'm sad, I used it every morning almost. I'm tossing a few ideas around for driving headphones. One idea is to plug into my effects board. Sounds quite good but need to to warm up the sound. I am considering building a Persuader and patch in 1/8" headphone jack, put it at the end of the chain. http://www.modkitsdiy.com/pedal/persuader

What can I do to altar the tone to warm up the headphone jack part? What do I add to trim off some of the highs?

    Thanks,

well, I got some parts from Radio Shack and made myself a 1/4" Left and Right running to an 1/8" stereo plug. The 1/8" goes into the headphones or the sound card on the mac.

Signal path: Marshall Guv'nor, Wah, Boss TU-3 (signal splits here to stereo), Left side gets reverb, Right side gets a Delay. Both channels go to the Boomerang and then to my homemade patch cord mensioned above and into the headphones. I have not tried it to the computer with Amplitube 3 yet but looking forward to it.

The set up sounds suprisingly good. The Guv'nor is the secret weapon as it essentially has a 4 band eq and sort of puts a blanket over the harshness of it all.

Oh, also found this wile poking around:

Putting a speaker in it is .. ... not my thing but... . anyone have experience with this thing? I bet it sounds super with the headphones... Wish I could read schematics better, if there was a "layout" I would build it asap.
