    New to me, CP10!

My good buddy, and amp tech, Gary and I did a little "horse trading" tonight. I asked for my Digitech bass synth pedal back, but he wanted to hang onto it. Just prior to this I spied his 80's era Ibanez compressor. "How's it sound" I asked? "It was my compressor for too many years, then I got that four knob Keeley" he replied.... So the deal was done.... Tomorrow I'll give it a try. But from what I understand, it's not as squishy or colored as a DynaComp!

Didn't play today. Heck, I didn't even get out of bed. I think I over did it a little yesterday... I did however get a guitar done for my friend, so all's not lost.

Got it, Chuck, if security is your concern, then go ahead and remove the addy from your post.

Nah, I ain't worried about you es on here!

So I played the CP10 today. Ran that, my home brewed n tweaked RAT, and an Axle Grease delay setup for slapback. I played my white Frankentele, my "Old Black" clone, and my Matchless Spitfire clone.

She's a KEEPER! Not as transparent as my BBE Opto Stomp or the Keeley I used to own, the bass is a teeny bit "muffled". Not bad mind you, and WAY better than any Dyna Comp I've played! I'm very pleased with her, and glad I did the trade. The top end sparkles, which is what I want as it will mainly be used with my 12 string. For now my desire for a Barber Tone Press is quelled.
