    A Freudian Guitar Nightmare?

Last night, I dreamed I was playing the Strat, and the neck broke off diagonally, where I found there to be a knot in the wood. I sat there with the two pieces in my hand, feeling sick about it (I didn't consider a replacement neck in my dream).

So Freudian analysts would have a good time with the symbolism.

Methinks you should cease snacking on jalapeño-and-peanut-butter sandwiches prior to bedtime.

Ha ha. It might have been Capt Crunch--I'm not supposed to eat sugar, but it was my b'day, and my daughter put me on a scavenger hunt and one of the prezzies was a big box.

That was horrible. I'd wake up covered in sweat.

I actually did wake up in a sweat--because I forgot to turn the ceiling fan on, which keeps Willie and his willie cool.

Maybe there you have the answer: willie was uncomfortable with the heat and sent a message to Willie's subconsciousness to tell him: hey, stupid, I'm almost cooking here! What if it were your strat?!?! Turn that damn fan on!

"So you dream of broken necks. There is turmoil and strife in your life. Go on. And tell me about your mother. Perhaps an old girlfriend or even an ex-wife humm?"
There's an oedipal issue involved here, I just know it.

And issues with your willie too? YOU need professional help!!

Sounds like a serious increase of blood in your alcohol system.....drink some Jack Black STAT! All will be well.
