He did have a point when it came to people not buying American nearly as much. I know I'm just as guilty as the next guy - but seriously - when you can get, for instance, a MIM Strat or Telecaster (or a great-sounding Blues Jr. amp, also "hecho in Mexico") that provides 100 percent of the visual appeal and 90-95 percent of the performance and tone for half or less than half the price, and you're on a budget, what else can you do?

Courtland's response is just digging the hole a bit deeper when it comes to management's perceived indifference toward their employees.
