Triumphs.....(bikes) aside from guitars----and rum--- are my OTHER lifelong (since I was 9) passion.......like guitars....I have owned many---brands---styles sizes......in 2007 I found this girl (05 model) and sold off the other 3 bikes I had at the time .....this bike does everything exceptionally well. Keeps up (132 hp, under 500lbs fuel injected triple cylinder 955 cc fire breather) with the sport bikes (except the CRAZY HP ones) is more comfortable than any cruiser I have ever owned-----is dead reliable and can carry me and a passenger (and a ton of crap) across the county---the country or the continent---on road or off ..............yeah its fooking awesome!

May I introduce the Green Goddess --or GiGi for short. Me and this 2005 Triumph Tiger have racked up over 30,000 miles.....and I have all ready got the side car company picked out for when I get to old and weak to hold this beast up! We go to 3 wheels and keep on trucking!

That is a REALLY cool bike. 132 hp..! I don't even know where to start
with that --- I'm pretty sure that my Honda 750 makes about 40.

Yeah she is a screamer (Wolf in Sheeps clothing really)
Triumph when reborn basically over engineered their motors. I have owned Bikes (98 Triumph Sprint) with over 99,000 miles on it when sold----and the new owner still rides it today.

They built basically 1 engine 3 cyl Triple started out carb, then advanced to F.I. and they adjust the tunning depending on the bike they ran it in.

Now they have everything from 800 - 1300 CC options (which I think is a mistake but they didn't ask me) the reason I bought and LOVED all 3 of my Triumphs was that amazingly sweet power plant.
If you have never ridden a Triple ----try one--- low end grunt of a twin----top speeds and redlines like a 4cyl. and sounds like a diesel locomotive at stop lights-----but SCREAMS like a whipped BANSHEE on the boil....... BEst things going on 2 wheels IMHO ;)
