Sweetwater has always done right by me, and I've found their customer service really good. They email you the pics they took of the guitar you've bought, better than any pics I can (and will take). Here are a couple of them.

I don't want to use all the cliche superlatives, but I love this bass. It plays as smoothly as my Jazz Bass, has the exact Precision thud that I was looking for, and at 9lbs, it isn't the heaviest bass in the world. I played it about 3 hours yesterday, and it felt so comfortable, like I'd had the thing for years. Absolutely love it!

Nice Instrument - they always look better in person - and feel best once you get them dialed in for YOU.
I looked at Am Pro jazz basses, but really had my heart set on an older Am Std. Couldn't locate one and that Suhr manifested.
In your case, you sought out what you wanted and found it! Congrats young man.

Thanks! For the first time in a long time, I have more electric basses than I do electric guitars. I'm really proud of the gear I have. Two things missing still: a twelve string guitar and a five string bass, but I'm in no hurry for either.

I’m loving the P Bass. Been playing it every day. So comfortable to play, like I’ve been playing it for years. I really dig the rosewood board in contrast to the Olympic White body. I’ve decided to stick with the mint green scratchplate too. It looks beautiful against the body. The bass has punch—the pickups can growl or sing smoothly. My band’s first gig is July 4th, a big outdoor show. Can’t wait to baptize it on stage.
