ai yi, I've gone and done it now. took the neck from my Squier MII VM Jazz bass and grafted it onto a loaded 2017 Squier '70s precision bass body, which may or may not be a CV70. I don't remember anymore. It's sat around for 2 years and my patience has grown thin waiting for my workbench. I put La Bella Deep Talking strings on it and the earth moved even when it was unplugged. Subterranean barely describes it. However it shows the defects of my current bass amp, which is a second hand ss noise box.
