Not really. People just take Warmoth bodies, necks and stuff, put them together and slap a Fender decal on the headstock. Fender doesn't actually make basses. Sorry to bust your bubble.

I love them equally. I’m leaning toward the Jazz because my fave is the one I put together from AmPro parts.
