Cool. I really like how at around :47 and then again around 2:00 you introduce some countermovement with good success. Congrats! Like I said, I'm always a sucker for a waltz. We might need to change your handle (Handel?) to Johann.

I could immediately see in my mind's eye lavish ballroom gowns in a courtly setting, and when the music whisks you away somewhere that's a success.

HUGE improvement. I agree with OSA the counter movement adds so much to the tune.

There are two small things left that I would give a little bit more consideration to.

1) The song is still "heavy breathing" on the waltz groove. The stops and starts leave a little too much dead air in places, although much better than before.

In a few strategic places, I would carry one or two of the instrument melodies over those pauses, (inhale) and bridge the space, (exhale) to the next uptake. It will still sound very "waltzy" but smoother and more refined.
This a nice piece of work you have in process!

2) The EQ is somewhat heavy in the midrange with several instruments are fighting for the same sonic space. The frequencies are a bit cluttered. Kinda of like AM radio.
Don't be afraid to sacrifice a little of the bass on one instrument to leave room for another instrument to fill it.
Decide which instruments carry bass best and let them carry it. Same goes for treble and mids. You're so close!

Adjusting the EQ will give this the space and separation it needs to go from really good to absolutely great! It's a fine piece of music!
