Does anybody else own the:

2016 FSR Stratocaster 60’s Japan Special Lacquer Nitro vintage white guitar?

It was MIJ lacquer of poly base coat. And my example is really heavy for a Stratocaster.

8lbs-7.2oz / 3.9kg it’s Les Paul territory in the weight range.

Does anyone else have this guitar, and be able to comment on the weight, are they all this heavy?

Is it the thick MIJ typical finish, plus a dense bit of wood.

As it’s considerably heavier than my other Stratocaster.
