Not sure of numbers, but I watched them built in the New Hartford factory. They were built side by side with Guild acoustics and I was so impressed with them that I ended up buying 4 New Hartford Guilds. The Fender acoustics were really nicely made and looked and played well, but something about the Guilds called out to me and I had to go Guild. Enjoy that bad boy!!! (pics would be nice...)

I have found out that they made 50 in natural and 50 in tobacco burst .
That's fairly limited .....
Fender bought Guild for all the right reasons, operated it with fidelity to their plan and sold it for all the wrong reasons. Basically, they wanted a high-end, boutique-type guitar and to keep the Guild name alive. They ran the shop that way and built some mighty fine instruments, and then sold it because they weren't making money fast enough.
