I am thinking about getting a MIM Strat in the near future.
Here are my choices with a RW board:
-Lake Placid Blue
-Olympic White
-Black
-Sunburst
I think that I am leaning toward LPB or the Oly White...
What are your favorites and why?

For me, I like a really good 3 tone burst with prominent red in it like a nice late 60s early 70s burst.
Sonic blue (A Beatles thing)
Black or Olympic white (A Hendrix thing)

I normally like white, black, or sunburst, but lately I've really been digging the transparent off-white thing. ( mary kay ?) you can still see the grain of the wood thru it.
I like the SRV style, but not just because of him, but because I really like it. Sunburst with black pickguard, white accessories, and preferably banged up a bit.

I love the Honey Blond on my Deluxe Super. It's sort of in the aged-white vein, looks very cool with the tortise guard.
I love brown and red colors for guitars so sunburst is my choice.

2. I`ve got an Olympic White Relic Strat, after some time I just miss some color!

Sunburst....Welllllll, I think it is THE color, but I have a Sunburst Les Paul and a Sunburst Fender acoustic...I want to mix it up a bit.

Do they have those in the 2002 MIM line-up? it is a very vintage and rich color....especially with a rw board.
Yeah...I always liked the Vintage White....I almost bought a Relic Strat in that color....sweet.
White is cool, so is se through blonde and natural...but I saw a plum color the other day that really did it for me!

For a Strat; reliced Daphne Blue on r/w, in a runaway. Like my Inca '62 RI on r/w with aged p/g, knobs, etc, too.
I foolishly traded a '96 Vintage White '62 Strat RI because the color was too close to yellow; in fact, it was yellow. Shouldn't have done it, tho; had great tone. Cured me from dumping a git for color; ain't no ugly guitars with great tone...none! ;)
ICE Blue Metallac is my fav color for Strats.
Inca Silver is also cool so is Ocean Turquose
for the MIM Classic go with Lake Placid Blue or Burgundy Mist.
A good 3-tone sunburst is always a good thing.......White Blonde and Ice Blue Metallic are pretty snazzy too...

. . .That "Burgundy Mist" is now a discontinued color for the MIM series; I can neither confirm nor deny this.
Mmmm...I love that burgundy mist, I've got a pic of an old strat in that color, yummy!
If i had the choices you have... i would definately have to go with the lake placid blue or the black.

Here, check out this plum color:
I like two tone sunburst with a maple neck. It's the same old thing, but it's what I like best.

Out of these I prefer the LPB.
However, my absolute favorite is surf green with rosewood.
LPB, Ice Blue & Sherwood green...
